Items are shipped with DPD Please allow 3 to 5 working days for delivery, note that delivery times may be extended in busy periods. 

Current dispatch times are as follows -

Pampas - 3-5 working days, unless otherwise stated. 

Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery on PRE ORDER items, note that delivery times may be extended in busy periods. 

How do I track my order?

All larger orders are sent via DPD and will include a tracking link via email when your order is sent. 

All smaller orders, A5 and A4 prints are sent via Royal Mail and will not include tracking. 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact fowlehallflowers@yahoo.com within a weeks time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
