Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds on handmade, made to order bespoke or sale items.

 

To start a return you can contact us at fowlehallflowers@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged / faulty items

Please inspect your order upon reception and if your item is damaged or faulty please email fowlehallflowers@yahoo.com 24 hours of receipt.

  • Order number 
  • Description of the damaged item and fault
  • Photo evidence of the damaged item

All faulty/damaged items must be verified by a member of our customer service team prior to a refund or replacement been issued. The team will work to ensure that the item is replaced or refunded as soon as possible. 

 

Items missing from your order or order does not arrive within the specified time frame, please email us as soon as possible in order for this to be rectified. Items that are missing as a result of the Postal Service will need to be followed up directly with the postal company.
