Condition of Sale

At fowle hall flowers we aim to offer high quality products. All lengths that are provided for bunches of dried stems are an approximation of the majority of the bunch, some may longer and some may be shorter. Short stems are not considered to be a fault (this does not apply to breakages).

A natural degree of variance can be expected against product listing. No credits or compensation will be issued in the event of natural variations associated with colour, stem length, bloom size, grade, shape, weight.

Returns

If the product is not suitable for your needs, refunds will be issued once the products have been returned in a saleable condition. Please retain the original packaging.

Returns Policy and Procedure

It is company policy to quickly and fairly resolve any problems which arise.

  • Send a minimum of 3 photos of the problem(s) within 48 hours of receipt of your products.
  • Send a photo of the information on the end of the box that the product was delivered in.
  • Tell us the name of the product and how many stems are effected.
  • Describe the problem.

  • Refunds will be issued on receipt of returned goods in a saleable condition, any returned good which are damaged in transit due to poor packing will not be credited
